The staff here at Strategic Dynamics LLC understands that s*** happens and we want to make it fair for all students and future students. Each slot is saved for that specific paying student and that prevents other students to attend in their place due to our capacity cap on classes. Refunds are not available if you cancel within 14 days of the training date. If you cancel prior to the 14 day requirement you will receive a refund, minus 25% cancellation fee.
