INTO THE DARK “Lowlight Handgun”

• This is a 4-hour course designed to help students develop the skills in understanding basic manipulation with a weapon mounted light or handheld light in low light/no light situations. Students will gradually develop the skills necessary and confidence by applying proper use of weapon mounted lights or handheld lights in a low light/no light scenario.

• Firearms Safety & Medical Brief
• Light Concepts
• Movement in low light and no light situations
• Handheld light techniques
• Operation of weapon mounted lights
• Shooting Application Drills – Low Light/No Light

Equipment List

• Semi-automatic Pistol of at least 9mm caliber
• Weapon mounted light or Handheld Light (Both Recommended)
• Ear Protection & Eye protection (Electronic Ear Protection Recommended)
• Holster OWB (Outside Waistband) or IWB (Inside Waistband)
• Minimum of 2 Pistol Magazines
• Sturdy belt for Holster and Magazine Pouches
• Appropriate Clothing Attire and Shoes
