Strategic Dynamics is a Serviced-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, owned and operated by members of Combat Arms and SOF community. Our Cadre Team has experiences varying in overseas combat deployments in multiple theaters. We bring real-world practical training and lessons learned to share with our students. Strategic Dynamics’ Cadre Team maintains the utmost proficiency in standards for instructing and training. We stay up to date on tactics and fundamentals to allow our students to receive the best training possible. Explaining the why’s to the what – Our Cadre Team makes it their mission to ensure that our students reach their end goal with an understanding of why and how.
MATT
CEO/LEAD INSTRUCTOR
A seasoned combat veteran & Army Special Forces Soldier, Matt served in the Marine Corps with 3rd BN 7th Marines including 2 combat deployments in OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom). Following his enlistment, Matt worked in the Private Sector as a WPSS/PSS (Protective Security Specialists) and in ERT (Emergency Response Teams)overseas with multiple deployments to Afghanistan. Later in 2017, Matt decided to re-enlist back into the military and switched branches to the Army to attend SFAS (Special Forces Assessment & Selection) and graduated the Special Forces Qualifications Course as an 18B (Special Forces weapons Sergeant) in 2019.
As a competitive shooter, competing in various competitions such as, USPSA, Carbine Matches and 2 gun, Matt is always seeking to improve his skills in every aspect of the gun and implementing it into both worlds, whether it be tactical or competitive.

CO-LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Sid began his military career in 2012 enlisting in the Louisiana Army National Guard as a 11B where he served 3 years while also working as a Corrections Officer until the end of his contract. He switched over to active-duty service in 2015 and attended Special Forces Assessment and Selection in September 2016 and Basic Airborne school shortly after. He Graduated the Special Forces Qualification Course in November 2019 and was assigned the MOS of 18B with 7th Special Forces Group.
Since getting into the competitive shooting game Sid has recognized the short comings of standard military training and how augmenting competition style marksmanship training can push shooters to the next level of proficiency in firearms and the use of gear overall increasing capacity while operating under stressful situations.
